• 15+ years of direct leadership experience in relevant business environments 
and/or in the areas of leadership development, organization development, group facilitation, program design and delivery

  • Executive-level coaching, consulting, or related experience

  • Extensive work with teams and/or group coaching at the executive or leader level

  • Experience with 360 and psychometric assessments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Technologically competent

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required

  • Coaching and /or HR certifications
