Krizia comes to HumanPoint with experience in project management. She obtained her MA in industrial-organizational psychology from Seattle Pacific University, where she worked with several clients in the PNW region to help with various organizational needs, such as coaching, training, program evaluation, and job analysis.

Before working for HumanPoint, Krizia worked as a Fraud Strategy Analyst for Jack Henry and Associates, where she was in charge of training fraud analysts and consulted with hundreds of banks and credit unions to prevent and mitigate fraud losses and as a Project Coordinator, overseeing product installation for banks and credit unions all over the US.

Krizia is passionate about numerous social issues such as gender and racial equality as well as human rights. She currently volunteers for Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking, researching legal news surrounding human trafficking initiatives and helping with training events. She brings her passion to HumanPoint by helping create programs that are designed to empower women.

During her free time, Krizia enjoys hiking, backpacking, traveling, reading dystopian novels, and watching food and travel documentaries.
