Lauren Roberts is a dynamic corporate and inter-personal communication expert. Her work as a consultant at HumanPoint is driven by her passion for helping people maximize their innate potential. Lauren views each client engagement as not just an opportunity, but as an expectation to grow that person or team to the next level.
Lauren is adept at asking the questions that lead to the root of a concern or roadblock, and she helps her clients develop this skill as they grow to become more effective communicators themselves. She also excels at process optimization and organization. Lauren’s experience demonstrates that improvements in communication and procedures lead naturally to increased productivity.
Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Speaking from the University of Arizona. She has also completed post-graduate professional development with the Cascade Fellows Program at the Fuller Institute for Theology and Northwest Culture, where she studied culture and work environment, workplace ethics, and the connection between theology and vocation.
Lauren serves on the Advisory Board of the Strategic Alliance to Fight Exploitation in Washington (SAFE) and is a longstanding volunteer with the Matt Talbot Center in Seattle.
