Marty Shea is an executive coach with over 30 years of business experience as an entrepreneur and CEO. Entrepreneurial with a passion for developing leaders, Marty started his business path over 30 years by ago co-founding a single unit restaurant in San Francisco, which is now a 60-restaurant operation. Marty exited his business and turned it over to his management team in 2008 to further pursue personal development and to spend time with his family, remaining active in an advisory role through 2016. At this stage of his professional life, he ultimately strives to become significant in others’ personal and professional growth through his work as an executive coach.

Marty’s executive coaching practice has served those in both profit and non-profit sectors since 2011. He coaches and mentors CEOs and their executive management teams as well as those in small business, including the start-up phase. Marty’s mission is to come along side marketplace leaders to attain profitability for their business and margin for their lives.  Marty brings energy, enthusiasm, and accountability to his coaching clients. He is a true believer in constant personal development and self-belief, which he demands from himself and his clients alike.

As an active member of the San Diego Barnabas Group, Marty is able to embrace the “where marketplace meets ministry” mission, leveraging his marketplace experience for Kingdom impact. Marty also serves on boards for two non-profits with a strong commitment to both Foster and At-Risk children. He is currently the Founding Chair of the New Heights Educational Scholarship Fund in Riverside County, CA. Marty lives in Temecula, CA and with his wife and three amazing children. Marty and his family are passionate about traveling and he is an avid runner, cyclist and hiker who has completed marathons and ultra-marathons in addition to scaling mountains in the US, Europe, India, Nepal, and South America.
