Bob helps clients understand how their performance can more positively impact their organization, as his focus on motivation and on building workplace relationships heightens employee engagement. He imparts practical ways to resolve on-the-job issues and teaches executives how to inspire their teams, creating in people a passion for the work they do and for the organization in which they do it.

Prior to founding his own firm, Bob held sales and management positions at IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation. His background also includes senior roles with management development firms and participation in the launch of two start-up companies, in addition to his own firm.
Bob is a Certified Associate of the Integro Leadership Institute of Sydney, Australia, and a long-term faculty member of the American Management Association. A former trustee of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, he holds an MBA degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and numerous management development certifications and credentials.
