Robert brings HumanPoint clients over 30 years of experience in sales and in large account management. He has worked with global technology firms as well as physical and data infrastructure corporations. Robert also founded and served as CEO of a software startup. Over the course of his career, he has specialized in developing leaders of sales, business development, operations, software development, and marketing teams.
Robert now brings this expertise to his current focus on executive leadership coaching, where he helps his clients determine what their strengths are, what motivates them, and what barriers are holding them back. He teaches his clients to develop confidence in their own intuition, through the process of self-examination, as they establish goals and refine their core talents. Robert’s clients uncover their innate skills and values so that they look at challenges creatively, without fear of judgment or failure. He guides his clients past any initial discomfort as they determine which of their current strategies are truly resulting in success, so that they can take the actions which move them to the next level of high-impact leadership. This client-led method results in an engaged, joyful, authentic approach to business and life ambitions.
Robert studied electrical engineering at the University of Washington and lives in the Seattle area. He finds that his love of music in all forms fuels his creativity and expression in his own life, and he strives to help his clients find similar inspiration for their own journeys.
