    Live Peer Coaching Sessions

    Monthly 90–120 minute sessions facilitated by an executive coach, bringing women together in cohorts to learn from each other, practice new skills, and build the kind of relationships that last beyond the program. Content is custom designed for each group.

    Digital Learning Library

    All digital content is designed and produced by HumanPoint and delivered through our learning platform — high-quality e-learning modules, videos, articles, and handouts that reinforce live sessions and go deeper on topics between meetings. New content is added continuously.

    HumanPoint-Led Delivery & Optional Internal Facilitators

    HumanPoint coaches deliver all programming from day one. Over time, if your organization has the capacity, we offer a train-the-trainer program — certifying graduates from prior cohorts to facilitate future sessions. Some organizations transition to internal delivery; others keep HumanPoint delivering long-term. Either model works.
