Dr. Wendy Munday-Sahatjian

Executive Coach

Dr. Wendy Munday-Sahatjian is an accomplished executive coach, consultant, and former tenured Associate Professor in the School of Business at Newman University, a private Catholic liberal arts university in Wichita, Kansas. From 2010 to 2018, she directed Newman’s MBA program.

Wendy has over 25 years of experience coaching and consulting for CEOs, business owners, and leaders across diverse industries like aviation, automotive, banking, construction, media, medical, nonprofits, professional services, and retail. She guides clients in mapping career goals and growth within their organizations.

An active community leader, Wendy is a Mutual Learning Partner with the Kansas Leadership Center. Since 2014, she has contracted with Interise to facilitate the StreetWise Steps™ curriculum for the SBA’s Emerging Leaders initiative and serves as a national instructor coach and evaluator for the program.

Beyond consulting, Wendy has served on several boards and Wichita community organizations, including Cricket Alley Ministries supporting women’s recovery. She was a Newman University faculty member, Wichita Chamber of Commerce committee member, judge for the Chamber’s Small Business Awards, and an active Wichita American Marketing Association member serving on award committees.

Wendy earned her BS in Business Administration/Marketing from Wichita State University, her MBA from WSU with the Dale E. Wiggins Graduate Assistantship, and her doctorate in Occupational and Adult Education from Oklahoma State University. Her expertise inspires leaders to achieve their full potential.
