Ellie Dillard joined HumanPoint in 2021 and leads the Learning Design and Organizational Development Operations. With a strong belief that developing people is essential to driving organizational results and building a positive workplace culture, Ellie brings valuable experience collecting and analyzing data to implement sustainable solutions to complex problems.

Ellie guides teams to work collaboratively with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts in designing and delivering high-impact learning content. Known for her focus on creating effective, self-sufficient, and dependable systems and processes, she leverages her skills as a digital learning designer to develop engaging, digestible, and effective training materials.

Passionate about fostering positive change, Ellie takes a people-focused approach honed through her experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail roles. She is a strategic thinker who believes all individuals can thrive when equipped with the proper knowledge, skills, and mindsets. Ellie is a vocal advocate for continuous workplace learning and professional development.

Ellie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, allowing her to integrate the latest research into her work. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.

When not at HumanPoint, Ellie enjoys cooking, spending time with her dog Leia, and gathering with friends and family. Ellie lives and works in San Francisco, California.
