Mary Marshall coaches entrepreneurs and executives who are ready to lead at the next level. She’s not offering theory — she’s been in the chair. Mary has run a family business, managed mergers and acquisitions, led a $5 million tech company, and consulted on operations and organizational development. She knows what it takes because she’s done it.
As a Vistage Chair, Mary coached over 100 CEOs and became the first woman in Vistage International’s US history to hold the #1 Chair ranking. She then served as Senior Vice President overseeing growth, operations in the western US, and training for the Chair community — before returning to her true passion: one-on-one executive coaching.

Why I Coach
I’ve built businesses, led teams, and made every mistake in the book — then I wrote three books about what I learned. I coach because nothing energizes me more than watching an entrepreneur have the breakthrough that changes everything. I’ve been where they are, and I know what’s on the other side.
In her free time, Mary enjoys stained glass projects and relaxing at her Lummi Island home in Washington State.
