Executive Coach

Mary Marshall is a top-level executive coach, consultant, and award-winning author with an extensive background in coaching entrepreneurs and executives. She began her career running a family business, providing her invaluable operational and management experience. Mary has managed mergers and acquisitions, led a $5 million tech company, and consulted on operations management and organizational development.

She expanded into executive coaching as a Vistage Chair, working with over 100 local CEOs and earning numerous awards, including becoming the first woman to hold the #1 Chair ranking in Vistage International’s history for the US. Mary then served as Senior Vice President, responsible for growth, operations in the western US, and training for the Chair Community.

In 2012, Mary returned to her passion – helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams through executive coaching. When working with clients, Mary provides fresh perspectives to help them become better leaders.

Mary earned her BA in psychology and international affairs from Lewis and Clark College. She advocates for women business owners through WIPP and participates in Small Business Saturdays. In her free time, Mary enjoys stained glass projects and relaxing at her Lummi Island home in Washington.
