Molly brings more than twenty five years of experience in the Human Resources and Organizational Development arena. She is an experienced coach, providing leadership coaching and team development to a wide selection of clients.

Molly’s passion and expertise is in inspiring individuals and teams to be the very best they can be. She has extensive experience in aligning talent with organizational goals and strategy. She is instrumental in coaching executive leadership to ensure that the corporate values and organizational objectives are aligned with the structure and processes they adopt.

Molly holds a B.A. in Psychology, from the University of Washington, and has achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
