She brings more than 25 years of experience in the human resources and organizational development arena. Molly’s passion and expertise is in inspiring individuals and teams to be the very best they can be. She has extensive experience in aligning talent with organizational goals and strategy. She is instrumental in coaching executive leadership to ensure that corporate values and organizational objectives are aligned with the structure and processes they adopt.

Molly holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and has achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is a certified Professional Coach from the Hudson Institute. She is also certified in Strengthscope, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) from Personal Strengths Publishing, the Human Element, and DISC.
