How the HumanPoint individual leadership coaching process works
Every leader is unique, therefore our individual coaching really happens real-time through discussing current events, listening, and reflecting on what the leader is saying. All of our coaches have thousands of hours of coaching experience, so they come into the session ready to talk about anything. Many times, coaches will use assessments to gather feedback in order to provide insight into developing focus areas for learning and development. Coaches work collaboratively with each leader to design a coaching plan and approach that works best for them.
