Christine Stiller, CHRL, CPCC, PCC is a professionally trained Executive Coach, Facilitator, Team Builder, Leadership Development Consultant and Workshop Trainer who builds the capacity of people and helps organizations of all sizes develop cultures where people thrive. In addition to leadership and executive coaching, Christine has experience as a career transition and career development coach. Christine has held the PCC Certification with the International Coach Federation for over 10 years, and she has completed the ORSC curriculum for relationship and team coaching.

Over the last 15 years, Christine has coached hundreds of individuals from High Potentials to the C-Suite within small and Fortune 50 companies, spanning all major industries on 4 continents. With this breadth and depth of coaching experience and an extensive toolkit, including DiSC, Positive Intelligence (PQ) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Christine has helped leaders deepen relationships, achieve significant business results, and have a more powerful, meaningful and positive impact.

With a background in Human Resources Management, Christine’s corporate career began in Toronto, Canada where she held various strategic Talent Development and Organizational Development roles in the financial services, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Under her leadership, multiple organizations achieved significant improvements in employee engagement and retention.

A collaborator, Christine listens intently, is deeply curious by nature and asks insightful and thought-provoking questions that challenge the status quo, expand thinking and reveal new insights.
