Christine Stiller helps leaders see what they can’t see on their own. Over the past 15 years, she has coached hundreds of individuals — from high potentials to the C-suite — within organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies, spanning all major industries across four continents. That global breadth gives her something rare: pattern recognition across every kind of leadership challenge.

Her coaching style has been described as reflective, intuitive, and practical. Christine listens intently, is deeply curious by nature, and asks the kind of insightful, thought-provoking questions that challenge the status quo, expand thinking, and reveal new insights. She doesn’t just help leaders perform — she helps them have a more powerful, meaningful, and positive impact.

Christine’s corporate career began in Toronto, Canada, where she held strategic Talent Development and Organizational Development roles in financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Under her leadership, multiple organizations achieved significant improvements in employee engagement and retention.

In addition to executive coaching, Christine brings deep experience in career transition and career development coaching — helping leaders navigate pivotal moments in their professional lives with clarity and confidence. She has completed the ORSC curriculum for relationship and team coaching, adding another dimension to her ability to work with intact teams and leadership dynamics.

Christine holds an extensive toolkit that includes DiSC, Positive Intelligence (PQ), and Emotional Intelligence (EQ), along with the CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) and CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) designations.
